The idea is simply, a loudspeaker is fitted inside a pillow and you can attach it to your iPod, MP3 or other musical device to listen to music of your choice as you drift off to sleep. Now, its not going to be loud, you'd need headphones for that, but the idea is you drift off whilst listening to your favourite tracks. The Sound Asleep pillow is also great for playing relaxation music through for those who find it hard to sleep.
